The pool was a hit with our kids, we went every day. The pancake and Nutella machines at breakfast were also popular. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good location about 15 minutes walk from Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street stations. We walked into the city centre most days, enjoying trips to the Cardiff Museum and Bute Park.

Really liked the location as close to city centre. It was great to use the pool with our daughter and husband used the gym in the mornings too. The restaurant was good, food was good and price for breakfast was reasonable £18 per person and kids eats free. Obviously worth it if you have kids!

The swimming pool and leisure facilities. There was lots of Christmas decorations and this made our stay extra special as me and my brother took our niece and nephew away for a Christmas treat. There was a young girl who checked us in, unfortunately didn’t manage to get her name but she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Made us feel super welcome. 10/10 for her customer experience skills! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and good selection. Check out wasn’t until 12 which was so good compared to a lot of hotels where it’s usually a lot earlier.

Hotel was immaculate, restaurant attached to which was reasonably priced, staff wee extremely helpful. Anthony front of house was amazing we stayed here as I was taking my youngest to concert for his birthday and my son told him it was his birthday, we went shopping in Cardiff and when we came back to room there was a slate with happy birthday on with chocolate cake and Welsh cakes such a thoughtful gesture to do and it made our son smile that bit more. Anthony didn't get to see you before we left hopefully you will see this or be told but thank you so much your a credit to the hotel 😊

Spacious room. Lots of plug points; although, one near the bed would have been handy too! Nice toiletries. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the kitchen staff at breakfast! Good breakfast selection. I especially loved the Greek yogurt, fruit & nuts! Loved the décor in the foyer!

Room and facilities were very good. However all standard rooms have interconnecting doors and you can hear your neighbours talking. So if you have noisy neighbours that could be an issue and I was conscious of not having my TV on too loud throughout my stay. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and all staff were polite and the restaurant staff were particularly attentive and helpful. Breakfast was superb with great choice and the hotel would make food to order like porridge, fried/poached eggs etc. Also breakfast is from 7-11am which meant you didn't have to wake up super early in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel looks amazing from the outside, check in was quick and easy. The pool, sauna and steam room were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very friendly bar staff. Breakfast was incredible with so much choice. We booked an executive suite which was very big, my only criticism is the room needed to sleep 4 - a queen sized bed for 2 x adults but the sofa bed wasn't much bigger than a single bed and was supposed to sleep 2 children which it didn't.

Good central location, short walk to town, longer walk to the bay but good to not have to drive. Swimming pool was lovely and good selection of food on offer for breakfast, self service but lots to choose from. Parking for 3 days was £30 so good value.

The location was great, it was central and easy to find. Close to city centre and cafes and restaurants. City road was close by with alot of the halal restaurants on-site parking available which was £10 a day. Good breakfast and the staff in the morning were very nice and helpful. Good health facilities
